Slide out won't move

Need a little help here. Pulled my large slide out in and now it won't move at all. The motor is running in both directions but nothing moves. Tried using the hand crank but still nothing. Something must be broke between the motor and gear box. How do I get to it. 2004 Sunnybrook Titan 32 ft.
I got lots of tools,

We have a large socket wrench with a socket that fits the end of the drive. All slides have a large bolt/nut that can be turned by hand to move it. You may have to disengage the motor - check your manual for it.

Look at the end of the shaft at the gear box, and see if there might be a broken sheer pin.
