Slide out won't retract

I have a slide out that will not retract on a Travel Supreme 5th wheel. Not sure where to begin and not sure how to access the motor compartment. I was told by a local rv dealer it was located and accessed from the bottom of the trailer. I removed the metal enclosing the bottom and am looking at a holding tank. It appears the slide out mechanism is above that. Is the motor accessed through the interior floor? And are there separate Slide Out Room Control units for each slide out?

Do you hear the motor trying or get any movement at all. If so look for your slide out motor controllers(one for each slideout), on ours they are small rectangular boxes located in the storage bays. On a trailer they may be inside one of the cabinets or closets. They have an adjustment on them that can sometimes vibrate out of adjustment to where the slide will not retract. If you try adjusting them do very small adjustments until there is just enough power to retract the slide.

Being new to slides,,, I would follow the slide mechanism,, (rails) find the motors, and you will find a place to attach a wrench (socket) to manually retract/extend the slide... Good luck,

I have an 06 40RLQSO, the motors and gear box are located in the small door compartments by each slide. Had the same problem some years ago, it was just the pins had broken and I replaced all pins. Hope this helped.

Your slideout may be a hydraulic system on your travel supreme.
