Slideout Help

I recently acquired a great condition 2006 Pilgrim Open Road 357 5th wheel. My large living room slide out has a leak which after inspection appears to be caused by the slide out not being level. These a lippert mechanisms from what i can tell but I don;t think that is where the problem is coming from. The leak has obviously caused some floor cancer and it looks like there is a support of some sort missing that is approximately the size of a 2x4 based on the stain the slide left on the carpet when operating it.
This leaves me with a 1.75" gap at the front top side of the slide out when fully extended while the rear portion is flush all the way around. This slide drops the floor level and it appears that that side of the floor is dropping more than the back side is. Has any one had a similar problem or replaced a similar support? I don't even know if i am barking up the right tree here. Some insight would be appreciated. Since pilgrim is out of business i can;t well ask them for diagrams or plans.

Your problem can be related to floor rot, but there is metal rail that slides on a roller, if the roller is damaged or missing is will cause the staining on the rug. Some that I've seen can dirty the carpet that everything is just fine it's just caused by dirt coming off of metal rail. Back to the slide problem you need to look at it from under the trailer. If like most it has a plastic looking cardboard sheet screwed across from frame to frame underneath that you need to remove so you can look at the slide mechanism to see if the wood floor has rotted where the metal support attached and what's left of the floor hasn't fallen down. May not have explained it right. But you need to look underneath first to see what's wrong. It kinda hard to diagnose without seeing it.
