Sorting it All Out

Been looking for a 5er for awhile now, really like the quality I see in the Jayco Pinnacle 31 but love the floor plan in a Heartland Bighorn 3010 RE. Hard to find anything negative about either. Now I have discovered the KZ Durango. I would welcome any thoughts and comments folks have on these units. Really trying to stay under 38 ft and under 15000 gvw

Can't give you insight into each unit, but the best thing you can do is have the floor plan be the one you must have. Brand, bells and whistles, and looks are second to floor plan.

Good Luck

Two of my camping buddies had heartlands. Lots of quality issues. Bad fit & finish. And they seem to be put together to last no more than a few years.

We almost bought a Bighorn 3010 but ended up with a Cardinal 3030. The 2013 model has a king bed similar to the 3010 and a comparable bathroom. We've been very happy with our Cardinal and the build quality is top notch. It is just shy of 36' and its GVWR is right around the 14500 mark.

We have been living in our 2011 Landmark, which is rated and warranted for full time use along with the Bighorn. Heartland's customer service is second to none and of course, the owners forum is a great resource and the Heartland Owners club offers so much fun for a very low cost.
