So, the 2004 fifth wheel I have posted about previously has some small stains, one by the sink, it appears the guys that had this unit set stuff down inside and it reacted with the lino, I have seen marks from tires before when the owner has left the spare inside on the floor, but these are smaller and I am wondering what I should use to try get them out if possible.

Howdy,
Vinyl is tuff stuff and it looks like just a stain of some sort, so, use a paper towel and put some bleach on it, lay it over the stain and it should go away.. DON'T USE A LOT OF BLEACH AND KEEP GOOD VENTILATION !!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I'd try some Oxy type cleaner first, soaked as above..

Or WD40..

Try removing scuff marks with a Magic Eraser.

Whatever method you use, try it in an inconspicuous area first to make sure you don't make a minor problem into a major one.
