I know it's easy to come by the silicone grommets for a stovetop, but why doesn't anyone know anything about the washer that floats on top of it. I've tried all the repair/parts places and Magic Chef themselves, but I was told you have to buy a new grate to get them. Yes, you can find washers to work if you really, really search the hardware stores. But doesn't it seem like these would be a common item, especially since they are needed to hold the grate up from slipping through the grommet. Am I the only one who has little bumps on the legs of the grate that sit on top of the washers? HELP!
