Stuck StrongArm Jack Stabilizer

New first time poster. I have a 2006 NeWa 5th wheel 32' that we'll be full timing in. I have a problem with the passenger side StrongArm Jack Stabilizer stuck in up position. I think I might have accidentally raised them past the stop mark the last time raised. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there an easy fix? I tried calling StrongArm comp. with the phone numbers listed on there web site but disconnected left email no response.

The Strong Arm Stabilizer is just a pipe inside a pipe that is 'secured' in place via a locking bolt.........

Now IF you mean the front landing gear on passenger side........
That is a 'slave unit' driven by a cross bar from roadside master unit.
If roadside goes up/down and curbside doesn't move then check for a broken 'shear bolt' (one on each side) on the cross bar.

If both bolts that attach cross bar frm ne side t other are intact.....'
then slave unit could have a broken shear pin inside the unit....remove thin sheet metal top and check inside

My jacks have seperate motors instead of the cross bar. I have the Lippert 4 jack auto level system. I do not even tighten the strongarms anymore they don't really seem to make any difference. My camper is very stable without them.
