SunnyBrook sunbeam 2000 new to me

I am having problems with my battery going dead as I move the slider. Where is the converter on this model, I bought this week and have no literature on anything so I am flying by the seat of my pants and it is a low and slow flight.

Welcome to the forum. Have you looked online for the manuals?

Welcome to irv2. I'll move this to our 5th Wheel section where hopefully someone can assist.

I have with no luck, I would like to hear from anyone who might have or has had one in the past that may know where the convertor is and maybe some of the other little ins and outs of a SunnyBrook 5th wheel

Have not heard of a 'Sunbeam' model Sunnybrook. I owned 2 TTs, but not a fifth wheel. What size is it? I know some people with SB fivers who maybe can help you.

The converter on both my Sunnybrooks was in a cabinet under the oven behind a removable luan panel. They usually use Progressive Dynamics converters.

What year and model is your Sunnybrook?

The slideout switches were notorious for failing. Easy to replace. When they are going out the slidout will operate intermittently due to poor contacts in the switch.

Others on the old SB forum have suggested, in addition to Russell:

behind circuit breaker box
Below fridge
in bedroom under sink
on floor, under k sink, near water pump

on the 2 TTs I had, it was behind a panel as Russell also mentioned.
