Surfboard Storage

My boyfriend and I just purchased a Palomino Puma 253FBS and will be picking it up in two weeks.

He is an avid surfer and I am a beginner. Since we are going to be full time RVers here soon one of the discussions we are having is where and how to store our quiver of surfboards.

Preferably I would like them completely out of the way. We work from home so keeping the inside clear and clean is important to me, but I would love any suggestions.

I store my kayak under the 5th wheel. When I travel the kayak is inside the trailer. But you have to use the surf boards a lot to keep crawly things from living under then. Another idea is to stack them standing up behind the 5th wheels. Can surf boards be stored outside? If not buy one of those shed logics.

You're young ! Build a rack on top

tuffr2: Thanks for the suggestion. Yea I am not as worried about storing them when traveling as I am about when we are hooked up. Surf boards are ok to store outside but that means we will have to clean the wax off regularly and not be lazy

JohnBoyToo: You are correct we are both young and I thought about putting them on top. I think I will just have to research how to most efficiently store them up there. Thanks again!
