I guess the Kubota was easier to find than more tow chain.

I used to work on some of the EMD stuff. 12, 16 and 20 cylinder two stroke 567's and 645's. Never got to be around the 710's. Have no idea what they have anymore.

Went from locomotives to jets years ago, but still swinging a wrench.

The 16-567s and 16-645s are all we have... They are still putting out the 710s, but they are much cleaner now...

Actually it looks to me like the Chevy guy is backing his 5th wheel out of the park and in so doing is actually pulling the tractor and the Ford out at the same time. Believe it or not this takes a very talented driver! I guess it's all in how you perceive a picture. Happy Holidays to everyone!

Good alternative photo interpretation. It does look like the tractor and Ford are unattended so they may just be acting as weights to keep the rig straight.

It is tough to tell from the photo but I think the Chevy may be a 4wd. Wonder if they had to put it into 4wd to pull the tractor and the Ford backwards?

Yes - Christmas greetings to all as well.

No wonder many of the old line farm tractor dealers call Kubota and other compact tractors "toy tractors." Most hardly weigh 2500 lbs.--very light.

A RV lot needs to have one of the full size cast iron tractors to use on their lot.

Here's a copy of that image, cleaned up a little, if you're interested. Memories can be important sometimes.
