Being as I have no idea what gvwr is, I think I need to check into this or punt to the DH. LOL! I guess I just figured a camper wouldn't be heavier than the load of cattle he carries but who knows as I keep looking at the larger ones.

My thoughts exactly.

One mis statement tho. Was bought July 2014 but was a new 2013 leftover. That was part of the math.

So what kind of reduction off of MSRP should I expect to see? 20%? 30%? Or is now a bad time of year to be purchasing?

I purchased a 2008 Jayco Designer new back in 08. The MSRP was around $65k and I ended up paying $46k for it. So there's usually a lot of wiggle room in the price.
The Jayco was flawless the 5 years I owned it and I'd highly recommend a Jayco product to anyone. At the time, they had a Dexter double boxed frame as opposed to the Lippert Ibeam frames that have caused a lot of problems and is the standard on most other fivers.
