TP33 control panel-no bluetooth

Uncovered camper, plugged it in and went to put the slide outs out and I can no longer use my phone/IRV app to perform this function. I know it is a poor quality product, just wonder if anyone has had any luck fixing the unit? Appears the control panel is connected to the main unit via cat 5. Appears the main module is behind the power converter, I assume this is where the Bluetooth receiver is also.

So far I can still control everything with the touch pad but makes me wonder with BT not working whether catastrophic failure is imminent.

The wireless feature failing to work is not an indicator of pending doom. Bluetooth is flaky and older BT chipsets are very flaky. The issue could be something as simple as interference.

UPDATE:
New S10e with PIE won't work with TP33, fired up my old S7, the one before I upgraded to S10e and it worked. I contacted Forest River and they stated that the app is not compatible with the new OS.

No indication on when the mfg will update the app.
