I have always lowered the rear and front landing gear braces and used expanding x braces between wheels. They offer more rigidity then the tripods. I used to have a tripod... I finally gave it away after I got my expanding X braces and tripods are useless with a movable pin box.

I've never been able to understand this problem. Our 5er moves a little as we walk around in it. Big deal. Why should I be concerned?

I had one for my Cameo and didn't notice any improvement in stability, doesn't move much either way, but a good friend has a Springdale 5'r, don't remember which model, that without a tripod you could actually see the sides flex when someone was in the front bedroom area, it was a big improvement in his case. In any case it can't hurt, might help.

Well if your spouse is 6'6 and 320 lbs. It will annoy the crap out of you when he walks around the trailer and your trying to sleep, lol.

Do you put the Strongarms on both the landing gear and the scissor jacks or is the front enough?
