I too agree about buying a toy hauler. Double trailer towing scares me.

Idaho Tote is the solution to your concerns. Attached at two points so it is considered an extension of the 5th wheel. Expensive but worth it if you want to enjoy your comfortable RV and your toys without having to go to a toy hauler. Also backing up is no issue. My set up is 64 ft long.
