tv antenna wont raise

Hi have a 2005 travel supreme river canyon, it has a signal commander antenna that won't crank up I have partially disassembled it and found that the vertical worm gear seems to be seized, any help would be welcome. Thanks

If it were mine and I couldn't figure out how to do the fix, I would take my RV to a reputable repair facility and have the whole assembly replaced.

Best of luck and Safe travels.....

Replace the antenna with a Jack. No worries about raising or lowering and no worries about clearance.
