Our TV sits at the back of our 2011 CC 36RE in a console and is attached to a lift that activates with a switch and has failed in the down position. I've replaced the switch, the in-line 6 amp circuit breaker and still no power. Since there is no sound at all when I press the switch it would seem that there is no power going to the motor that operates the lift. Has anyone had this problem and, if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

I'd start by using a voltmeter to see if there really is power going to the motor. Also check to see if there is a way to put a wrench on the motor shaft and try turning it by hand to see if anything is stuck.

Why would it just quit all of a sudden? We spoke to a Lippert person who had us do some tests then said there isn't power going to the switch and that there is a controller box we need to find that operates the lift. We cannot find the box anyplace; any additional suggestions? What would the controller box do?

The control box is probably a circuits board that controls relays for the up and down action. That's where your power should come from. Follow the wires either from the tv backwards or find the breaker in your panel that controls the tv and go from there forward. Lippert should give you a basic idea what the box looks like.
