Does anyone know of any brands of fifth-wheel that offer the build- and furniture-quality of high-end motorhomes? I live in a Lance camper at present and would love more space--plenty of brands offer that--but would also like to trade up in those other respects. From my research it seems that one has to pull around a very large trailer if one wants to get the really high-quality interior, IE 33' or larger, which is more than I need or want to tow, and even then they don't have the feel of, EG, a Prevost bus. Many thanks in advance for your thoughts / experience.

NuWa Industries has several higher end quality models under 30' in their HitchHiker II LS series. More information can be obtained on NuWa's website or on the NuWa Owner's Forum.

Take a look at the new Carriage Domani - - wow. It is a brand new model out and selling like hot cakes. Very different.

Interesting design on the Domani. The one thing I noticed, however, is that in both the 300 and 302, it doesn't look like you can get to the bathroom with the slides in...?

There also appears to be wasted space behind the fridge in the 300 and 302.

Yes I have considered New Horizons and have been looking for small used ones but with no luck yet--they seem to be rare--and I have checked out the Carriages and like them except that they are a bit bigger than I would ideally like. Many thanks to you all for your suggestions, though--they are greatly appreciated.

Jc-r, although I don't know if this one is still available, there is a 30RKSS for sale on the New Horizons Owner's website.
