This post created quite a firestorm of comments. In a way it should have. Not positive I have this exactly but this my take on it. The original poster was told by the company that his unit was used. Knowing in his mind it was new this as it should have set his emotions off. Not getting much help from the selling dealer inflated these emotions. The original post gave us reason to believe that the title and DMV considered this used as well. That now appears not to be the case. If the title had been labeled used that would have been bad. Now for the company refusing service because it is flagged used. Stating that with no avenue to reconcile a possible problem is poor business practice. Especially on such a new rig. I sincerely hope this works out for the original poster.
