Vanleigh RV Vilano 365RL

DW and I took ownership today of this new FW today. Vanleigh RV is the son and grandson of Bob Tiffin. They have their operation about 30 miles west on the MS side of the MH factory.

This FW is quality everywhere! We are so glad to be out of our Itasca Solei 34T MH! Hopefully we will never make that mistake again. There's so much room in this FW. I believe we got the 3rd one produced. We got our deal from Marlin Ingram RV in Montgomery AL. These folks at this dealership are the best I've ever dealt with. If you are in the Montgomery AL area and looking for an RV, please take the time to visit Marlin Ingram, you will not regret it!! Also, the Tiffin folks truly stand behind their products, and they are very approachable. I've spoken with Ryan the sales manager and Leigh, and we hadn't even made the deal yet.

If you're in the market for a quality FW, and get the chance, give Vanleigh RV Vilano a close look.

Interesting that they are building rigs and sending them to dealers and no info is available. Still no company website.....says sign-u or check back later.

JDPM:

I guess they are concentrating on the building of their FWs first. i only learned of them, because I saw their FW at a dealers website.

Lanny1763, how is your Vilano now that you've had it a while. DW looked at the 34ft model and was impressed.

Wg5Jim:

DW and I still love it. It like all RVs have had its issues.

Thermostat that controls the zones wasn't working right, Vanleigh overnighted a new to dealer and had them swap out the bad one next day.

One of the AC had a fan blade break which jammed it up and did not allow compressor to work. Vanleigh had a local service tech come to our campground and fix it immediately. (BTW, the other two ACs the rig quite comfy which is good to know).

Biggest issue is one of the basement doors is bowed and isn't allowing a good seal, which allows some rain to get inside. Vanleigh is going to replace the door, but I'll need to go to the factory so they can make sure the graphics line up with rest of the rig.

Another issue that bothers the wife but not me, is sometimes when you walk inside the frame will make a popping noise occasionally.

We'd buy another one in a heartbeat. The customer care shown by Vanleigh should be a model for all other RV manufacturers.
