VILANO by VanLeigh?

Hi! Does anyone out there own a Vilano? We are researching full-time 5th wheel trailers and just learned of Van Leigh.

Just ordered one today!!! OMG what a wonderful well built unit!! They now have 4 floor plans in three lengths. We purchased the 375FL the front living room plan. The newest plan is a bath and a half with a front bath and mid bedroom. Kinda neat. A quality Tiffin 5th wheel.

We picked up our 2018 365RL Vilano last week. Just back from a 3 night shakedown run near home.

We were very impressed when we first saw the Vilano and after the first trip we are confident we made the right decision. We are looking forward to spending lots of time traveling in our new home away from home.

We've been in the fifth one built (365RL) since Sep 2015. It was not without its issues, but the VanLeigh service folks fixed everything, some things even after the warranty had expired. I would buy one again in a heartbeat! They now have several different styles, two types of rear living rooms, a front living room, and a bath and half model. For their price point, you get quite a lot of quality. Good luck with your decision.

We purchased our 2017 Vilano 365RL in April and have been living in it full time for about 6 weeks now. We are parked in a nice RV resort. This is our very first experience in a RV & we are embarrassingly "green." Have had a few minor issues that we have been able to fix, or our new neighbors have helped us with :
Valve on water line from hot water heater in basement was turned off, water leak behind panel in basement, leak under kitchen sink from incomplete/ improper installation.
In addition, our washing machine quit working after 4 loads. :( Code F01. Because we live in our fifth wheel it is not convenient to take it to the dealer for repairs. We found a RV mobile repair that came to us. (We have to pay for the service call) Turns out it was a faulty circuit board which will be covered by warranty plus 1hr of service. It has been 3+ weeks and we are still waiting for the repair. Don't think we will be using this mobile service provider again. Been told twice she was waiting on the part but when we contacted the company (Splendide) we discovered the part was received by her 9 days after her service call to our RV.
Current issue is horrible fecal smell throughout the entire RV after dumping the black tank .. a weekly chore. We do not run the exhaust fans during the dumping process. The smell lasts a day-or more. Any suggestions to prevent this odor occurring inside our RV? Would REALLY appreciate some advice / solution!

We have the 375FL. We full time and have been living in it since mid-March.

Absolutely, love it. We went to the factory and had a tour. Very well made.

As far as the Oder in the rv. The fix was with the vent on the roof. The vent pipe did not go all the way up and an extension piece had to be added. From what they said it was an easy fix.

There is a gentleman named Bryan Powers at Vanliegh. If you call the main number and ask for him they will transfer you to him. He will make sure you are taken care of.

Congrats to owners.
Well unfortunately there are always going to be some production issues with any product including the complexity of any modern RV. Regardless of style and price point, things happen. Sub-system vendors have their issues too. Code F01, seems to be a motor short triac., Generally the Spendide's get relatively few complaints.
We see several of the Vilano models in our travels with owners seeming pleased. It's refreshing seeing a competitive product coming from somewhere other than IN.
Be well.

Curious for those who are Vanleigh owners how many got dual-pane windows? Found a 365 we love but does not have double-pane windows which I *think* is a deal breaker for us since we spend 1/2 the year in Oregon and the other 1/2 on AZ. We've always had double-pane so not sure what the caveats are of single-pane ... noise, insulating factor, condensation?

Curious what deals people are getting off MSRP ... 30%?

Also, none of the floor plans on their site have a bath and half

Brad, the bath and a half just came off the line last month. The website has always been late showing new models.

This appears to be the specs for the 375RL. I haven't seen the specs for the new bath and a half yet, but it is the same size. The model number is 369FB. And it may be true like on their other models that you can upgrade to the 8K axles which should increase your payload capacity.

Our deal was about 12% off msrp and I was good with that. Our 375FL ended up pretty much fully optioned up. I don't think your going to get the typical deep discount on these new to the market units.

Yes the 369FB bath an a half just came off the line.
