water hose connection for black water tank?

My dad has a 2001 29.5' Montana fifth wheel. I was showing him on my older bounder how I can connect a garden hose to the black water tank that would help push any extra sediment out when draining it. We looked on his fifth wheeler and couldn't find any such connection. Does anyone know if there is one? Thanks in advance.

My '99 Jayco does not have one but have seen others that did....maybe was a factory option or some models do and some dont...I will usually empty the tank and then use some water from my freshwater holding tank to rinse it out....

My '04 Cougar made by Keystone as is the Montana had a hose connection to the black tank when new. I have also added these sprayers on older models after purchase from Camping World.

It most probably did not come with a rinse system.
You could try something like this Amazon.com: Camco 39072 RV Dual Flush RV Holding Tank Rinser: Automotive
or if you have access to the top of the holding tank you could install one of these Amazon.com: Tornado Rotary Tank Rinser: Sports & Outdoors
