Did you check under the sink for a loose connection. Also check the "low point" drains. One time as I was unscrewing the low point drains to winterize the RV I didn't realize as I was unscrewing the caps for the low point drains I was also slightly loosening / twisting the whole line that ran up under the sink. The next time I filled the water tank and ran the pump, water ran from under the sink from the line I didn't know I had loosened up.

If you have a kitchen slide, I have seen where the water lines after rubbing on something (metal edge, wood framing...) might leak.

Water lines under the floor should not get the carpet wet. Begin in the furthermost point from the pump, wipe each connection (hot and cold) with a paper towel, do all connections to the floor level.
Do you hear your pump cycling often when using onboard water and faucets are all off?

I recently bought a used 5er. The guy before me in an effort to make everything work threw in a replacement water heater element and kinked the gasket. Because of the cover on the terminals the leak was contained and ran down under the cabinets. Had a heck of a time finding that one!
