I've got a 2003 Timberlodge, Skylodge 30. Pretty much a POS! I've seem to have sprung a leak. I'm getting water damage in the rear compartment on the floor. It is worst at the rear most corner and leaches inward to the other side about 16 inches, and has worked its way forward about 10 inches. Anybody out there have similar problems, or could point me in the right direction to start looking?? I've already checked the H20 lines that are in the ajasent sections of the camper, the tail, side and clearence lights, the roof, side moldings and around the compartment door. Nothing apears to be leaking.

Welcome to irv2.com!
Water leaks are, as you know, quite difficult to locate. The best method known is the SealTech system. A properly trained technician can and will find every tiny leak. Our new 5er had a leak from the factory. A technician used the system to find not only that leak, which was over 14' from where it showed inside, but 3 more tiny leaks.

Where can I find a SealTech system in CT? My floor has been damaged for the third time and I cannot find the source of the leak!

I too had a leak similar to what you described. Since your rig is 5 years old I will take a wild guess that you have not re-caulked all the roof seams and that more than likely the water is getting in there.
I thought my caulk was still in acceptable shape but the guys at the shop all but gauranteed me it was the problem. Sure enough, we scraped all the old caulk, put on new and everything got bone dry.

Start phoning RV service departments yellow pages listings is the only way I know of to locate one.
I once read a post where a guy rigged up a high-volume electric leaf blower in the bathroom roof vent for DIY pressurizing his trailer and finding leaks. I wouldn't think it would have the capactiy to pressurize a large RV though.
