Pick it up monday. 05 forest river flagstaff 26BHSS. have not used WDH before. Question is: Do I loosen tention when backing into driveway and/or campsite? thanks ole knowledgable ones.

you will want to leave it set until you un-hitch, if you are using a friction type sway control you would want to loosen that before backing.

Welcome to irv2 Harley2. How are things in LA (Thats Lower Alabama for the uninformed out this way) Lived in Ozark 8+ years before retiring from ole Mother Rucker. Any way, Scot is correct..if you are using a friction sway bar the tension should be released. Or you could remove it. If you are faced with a sharp angle backing you can also remove the weight bars and chains. Your trailer Coach will have about 700# tongue weight so manuvering for a short distance won't hurt anything. The last campground we went to required about a 120 degree backup; it was a lot easier with the bars removed. Happy Trails!! Keep us posted on your travels.
