Wet Bath

Hello all, I need more advice, I want to remodel my toyhauler to make it more kinda like a tiny house, however in trying to figure out the bathroom I really am thinking about a wet bath, however I can find NO place that seems to sell them to individuals, I want the largest one they make and want to figure out how to get rid of the shower curtain if possible, all of you are so knowledgeable so I thought maybe someone had an idea on this I want to remove the upstairs down in my camper and have floor all same level and put LARGE wetbath in bedroom and put bed high and closet under bed but because sometimes not often I have friends staying with me I wanted a wet bath so they have some privacy in the middle of the nite and it would keep smaller footprint in room but not to darn small and give me more kitchen area and living room area for full time living . HELP. Karen

large wet bath

I want to gut my camper and put bathroom in bedroom but have a large wet bath instead of separate shower and toilet so when one of my friends stay in camper the bathroom will be private enclosure but not sure wet bath will be roomy and not excited about having to wipe it down after shower especially since I am usually alone sorry hope this is clearer thanks Karen

I think you would have to fabricate yourself or find one in a salvage RV. The footprint in my RV is pretty small. What dimensions are you working with?

I know what you are talking about, as I have a wet bath in my truck camper, so my thought would be to contact a camper manf. Northwood mfg. Bigfoot, etc..

How do you like your wetbath is it really cramped? I do like my big shower but the wetbath would provide more privacy for guest and take up less space thanks for the great idea Karen

Not to many, if any, contractors that will remodel a RV.

I don't see how this is going to give guests more privacy esp. in the middle of the night. Wet baths are very cramped anyway. They are used mostly in your cheaper more cramped smaller trailers as a space saving feature.

It is cramped, I don't shower in it, as least not yet. Easy to clean,ha.. If you watch Tiny House on TV, a growing movement to smaller homes, lots of ideas. You could also design your own wet bath and build it yourself.

If you just need privacy for guests just build an enclosed bathroom in stead of the walk through style.
