I have a Terry Quantum Mod #255 5er(2004), everytime I'm on the road in the rain the strip of rug which is glued to the outside edge of the main floor approx. 6" wide by 12'long the length of the pull-out gets totally soaked.The rug in the pull-out itself is OK. Water (road spray)seems to be coming in along the length of the pull-out. I've brought this trailer back to the dealer who claimed they had fixed the problem and obviously hadn't, brought it back to its manufacturing plant in Lindsay Ontario where a technician looked at it saying he couldn't find anything amiss and since it wasn't raining at the time had no way of testing, besides which they don't do any repairs only the dealers do that, to which I said, been there done that.
There you have it folks,would like to hear from
any owner of this particular model 5er. Tx.

If I'm understanding your description correctly, the first place I'd look would be the bottom slideout seals, although the leaks could be coming from other sources as well.

I do not know if Terry has it, but my Cardinal as a plastic liner between the frame and slide floor. It is possible you have a leak there and may be nothing wrong with the actual slide seals. JMHS

Most silde-outs have a strip of rubber seal along the bottom of the trailer at the floor/ slide junction. If this seal is missing, folded under, or buckled it will allow water spray from the tires to blow under the slide. If your trailer does not have such a seal, there must be another type of water/weather deflection.
As already said, the water may be entering anywhere from the top of the slide down, to and including the bottom.
If all else fails, you may consider buying some seal(style to your liking) the same length as the slide-out floor, and installing it on the bottom of the slide, placed so when slide is closed, the seal overlaps the trailer bottom.
