Dicor self leveling lap sealant for the top and Dicor non-leveling for the sides. Eternabond for the long-length sealing jobs.

Yep Yep and double yep on the eternabond. Number one rule for RV, don't let water in. Check and seal roof at least twice a year. Go ahead and tape the joints and get it over with. Then caulk the tape. You will be glad you did it.

Exactly. Silicon will deteriorate rubber roof material.

Its not necessary to reseal the roof on a time schedule.
My '97 32' 5th wheel has never been resealed. However I do a twice a year check up there for sealant issues or cracker roof fixtures or broken jacks.
My roof never required a thing until '03 and then it was a hairline crack around the skylite. Just a bit of self leveling Dicor (any similar product will work fine).
The OEM sealant did start to come loose in a few spots on the front lap joint. I pulled the loose stuff off that would come off and added Dicor.
My unit has never leaked.
Regardless of what you use you will need to check things at least twice a year. There is no apply it and forget it product.
