What shower head?

Has anyone changed your shower head to "Oxygenics" to improve pressure? I watched that "love your RV" guy's YouTube 20 improvements vlog and he also changed to 1/4 turn valves. It uses the exact same amount of water but has a much stronger spray and better shut off valve while you soap up lol...more essential for boondocking probably but I was wondering if anyone else has tried this or something better? I have had Cougars for years and I want to make improvements to this new 2015 313 we just bought last week. The shower is a poor quality setup and you waste a lot of water trying to get the temp right as the plastic expands with the hot and cold water flow.

Best thing I ever bought. Have one in the stick house too.

Worst thing I ever bought, I have waist length hair and trying to wash and rinse with the Oxygenics was impossible. Much prefer the Camco variable spray head.

I have one and it works better than the OEM did. My wife really likes it.

I replaced mine with a higher flow waterpik unit from my local hardware store and it has been the best improvement for us. It is just as nice as being at home as far as pressure goes. I think we paid about 40$. Wife can rinse her hair just fine, etc...

We bought and installed the Oxygenics and on the first use while pushing the "pause" button, an o-ring or something inside broke or twisted and allowed water to spray all over the bathroom. To say the least, I was not a happy camper that day. Because we don't full time and 30 days had passed, CW would not take it back. So, I am looking for something to replace it and it won't be Oxygenics.

It was a total waste of money for me. I took it off and put the original Moen back. If you have the cheap plastic type it might be better. I even tried to increase the flow but it did no good. My OEM head still works better.

I had same experience that AFChap had. Was not as good as original and a total waste of time and money.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, it would sure be awesome if anything would be unanimous haha...well at the very least I think I will go to 1/4 turn taps, the vintage looking round ones are a pain because they expand and contract internally with the water temp and you do waste a lot of water getting the right temp and consistent flow.

I think the Oxygenics is a vast improvement over the cheap plastic one found in most low to mid range rigs, including our Montana High Country. Now, if you have a coach that came with something other than the cheap plastic head, all bets are off.

Put one in the 2002 Dutch Star, liked it so well I got two more and put them in the stick house. Then got more for the Magna when we got it.

Yes.. well half yes.

I changed the head. And yes, I like it better than the OEM.

The OEM head did not have a water cutoff like RV showers are supposed to so I had previously installed a quarter turn valve from Mennards (Competitor of Home Depot, Lowes, and such) this one works identially to the "Smart Pulse" valve Oxygenics supplies so I did not change it.

The change, in my case. took about 1 minute to complete.

Oxygenics head uses almost exactly the same amount of water per minute but due to the difference in the shower pattern and some other things it gives a much nicer shower.. Far as I am concerned it is a keeper. I really like it.
