The only thing I see wrong is that there's no boat behind the 5th wheel.

I think he had to pull the Trooper over for not using his turn signal. If the Trooper is
nice to him, he won't call his Barracks and report him.........

1) Towing double with a ball hitch.
2) Exceeding length limit.
3) Exceeding tire ratings on flatbed trailer.
4) Too little tongue weight on the flatbed, probably a negative number.

One on the other side looks to be in a much more defensive stance.

It's there. You just can't see it in that photo.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Looks like he has less than 6" of clearance between the 5er and the truck bed.

Zooming in, there appears to be a Do Not Enter sign on the right berm at the very front of the Uhaul. Is he on the wrong side of the road?

It's one of two things, guys. It's so obvious - either the truck broke down and the nice gentleman with the funny pants stopped his u-haul to offer him a tow and they are in the process of hooking it up OR the gentleman with the yellow stripped pants pulled the truck over for following too close to the u-haul. I could be wrong but I think it's the first.

A. Would you like something like this behind you and your family?
B. Only one set of brakes working - U-Haul - want to be bet their newly relined?
C. Bet the brakes come on in the front rather than at the rear!
D. How much cargo in the U-Haul?
E. Bet the rear axle tires on the first trailer are smoking!
