Where can I find VIN, when there is no tags to be found/? to

Hi everyone; I'm new here. I just bought a Cree 5th wheel trailer, and can not find any id tags any where on it. Do these campers have the vin stamped or etched in the frame any where?

Sometimes the MFG will put a label in a cabinet in side the rig. Another place to look is the left side around the controls for the front legs of the fiver.

Good luck,

Ag

Howdy!

Look on the on the pin box of the 5er, and as stated in the cabinet area in the kitchen.

Have a look at the frame of the unit. Often there are often more than 1 location for a VIN. Found the following info on a google search " All commercial trailers are required to have a VIN tag to be legal for the road. Ususaly located on the front wall of the trailer(Van) or on the drivers side of the main frame rail(flat decks, and dumps ect...)"

I'd love to ask a dealer if I could find any info as to where there is one! The web has basically no info on the Cree campers; that I can find.

Thanks for the info; I finally got the frame home, it's just the frame that was striped by the previous owner, as he just bought it for the frig. I did find a small tag glued to the right front upright, just inside the area that is for storage, propane tanks, etc. The tag states that the frame was made by WY FRAME CORP. Also the tag has serial No. 29668. I did a search on this and came up with NOTHING. Any body have a clue? I'd like to know what the GVW of this frame is.
