Can't help on finding the circuit breaker box.

Have you found a GFCI receptacle and checked if it is tripped. One GFCI will protect a few outlets. Most of them are in bathrooms.

Could very well be a tripped GFCI Outlet.....kitchen or bathroom

What would be helpful is WHICH THOR

Jazz, Colorado, Mirage, Tahoe........see there are LOTS of THOR 5th wheels lines PLUS the various MODELS within those lines.

Typically AC Circuit Breaker Panel is in kitchen/living area....black/dark brown cover panel that opens at top and folds down exposing MAIN AC cb, individual circuit cbs and usually the DC Fuse Panel

Could be inside a cupboard, cabinet, storage locker etc inside RV

Could even be under bed storage
