Which furnace motor for Suburban SF-42

My motor is squealing and I need to order a new one. I took these pictures but haven't disassembled to get the numbers off of the motor itself. I will be out of town for a week and would like to have it there when I get home. Can anyone tell me which one to order and maybe a good place to get them? It is on a 2000 Carriage, Suburban SF-42.

Had my furnace apart ( 1999, SF-42) drilled the motor housing and lubed the bushings , last Sept. no squealing over the winters use.

Here's a picture of where I drilled ( both ends of the motor) and the oil I used.

The motor's shaft runs on bronze bushings, with a oil soaked felt around it , when the felt dries out the bushing starts to squeal .
If you decide to drill and oil the felt , let the oil soak in for 1/2 hour and then re-apply , 3 or 4 times then seal the hole with silicone sealant.
Use caution drilling , if the drill snags the felt it will ball up and not completely surround the bushing.

Windows 10 has hidden my picture . I'll be back.

OK , I'm back , after I soaked the felts , I ran the motor for 3 hours non -stop on the bench , to insure no noise.
