Dollar for dollar it's hard to beat a Montana. Best selling 5th wheel 10 years in a row, good quality and good support from Keystone. However, as noted by TXiceman, I think they are still putting those lousy Chinese tires on them.

Just curious why the Jayco Pinnacle does not get mentioned?? What are your thoughts and opinions on this 5er compared to the Montana and the Brookstone?

The Hartland Big Country, Big Horn, and Landmark all have 7K axles and to my knowledge are the only ones with the 7K axles in mid lenght high end 5th wheels. But China tires are the norm. It will be rare to find a unit with load range G tires now that they are now sellling 3520Lbs load range E's

All units use the same appliances and the layout has to be an very important decission factor along with great service.

I assume you meant Lippert.

There has been some frame cracking and failures associated with this company, but unfortunately they are probably the largest frame manufacturer in the RV industry. There's not a whole lot of RV manufacturers the don't use their frames and pin boxes.

Unfortunately one of the better RV manufacturers closed their doors this week, "Carriage Resort Vehicles"

They say it's temporary, but it would appear they are not going to get financing to remain in business.
