We have a six month old Potomac 5th wheel which was purchased new. (Potomac is out of business). All other appliances, roofing, siding, axles, TV, etc. covers their products to the buyer. One of our Willamsburg recliners has weak springs or bad seat foam. (you sink in about six inches into the seat. The second recliner is okay ). We contancted Willamsburg about a warranty repair. They stated the warranty is void as Potomac is out of business. We stated the warranty should be to us as we purchased the unit new. Beware of the cheap Willamsburg furniture. They do not stand behind their products. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. I will take the recliner to a local upholstery shop and absorb the cost. Beware of Willamsburg Furniture when buying.

First, let me welcome you to iRV2. Er hope you continue to return to join conversation and let us know about your excursions.

Sad to hear about the issues you are having. I have to check the manufacturer of my recliners, but Newmar covered my broken recliner rather than the manufacturer.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Kind of too bad you have an orphan, hope you got a good price on it. As far as the cheep furniture installed in RV's it is sad. You will probably find it less expensive to go out and buy two new chairs. Ours came with the "euro" recliner with a foot stool. Personally I will never go back. They are comfortable, durable, and easy to clean, and storage is a breeze when it comes time to pack up. Do a search and you can usually find them at places like RV surplus salvage in Elkhart,IN or possible in a local Rv dealers stock as a take out that someone did not want.
