have 2 broken stripped window operators,,they are phillips brand, model 3000,,the problem is
removing the old operators,,even with the screws
out..the operator will not come out because of the round bar that goes across to the other side of the window..because of the arms and the cross bar there is no way that I can figure how to remove them..there must be a simple method
to remove these type of operators,,but at this
point I am baffled and confused..if any one has
experience with this type of window operator or instructions on how to remove them, please help
me....thank you so much for any and all help.it will be greatly appreciated...

I can't answer your question but I am sure someone will come along who can.
I see this is your first post, In that case I would, however, like to take a minute to welcome you to iRV2. We all hope you continue to visit with us and share your experiences.

I used the Dogpile search engine, with search terms "Hehr window opener" and got several pages of hits. It appeared most relevant were on the Airstream website. I replaced some openers and window braces on our last 5er, but sadly I cannot remember how.
