2011 Jeep Liberty Baseplate Question

I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty to replace a 12 year old Chevy Malibu. I want to know whose baseplate will not mess up the front of the Jeep. I have a Blueox towbar. I would like to not have to make holes in the grill if at all possible.

Any feedback would be welcomed.

Here are the instructions for a Blue Ox base plate. http://www.aemfg.com/pdfs/BX1976.pdf Kind of have to weed through the accompanying Dodge instructions, but it really doesn't look bad at all.
