Yours is just now barley broke in. I daily drive a 1998 12 valve cummins with 400,000 on it. It runs just as good now as it did with 10 miles on it.

Sold my signature 98 12V to my son with 380K and 300rwhp and 750tq. Had around 400K and going strong. Just not enough truck for the Mobile Suites.
