What makes the use of DW indicate she is NOT an independent thinker?

I finally got a 22 mpg avg over 100 miles unloaded going 58 mph, on highway 2 in Michigan along lake Michigan. I knew she could do it. I think the engine, just like my last CTD did at 17,000 mi. I'm at around 16,700 mi on the new rig. I've also got an avg of 13.4 mpg towing for the last 3300 miles.

I was thinking the same thing! I'm currently under the impression it stands for "Dear Wife" based on the acronym thread I was looking at on the Forest River forum.

"DevotedWife" is the way I have interpreted "DW". So I stand by what I said but if it really means "Dear Wire" I retract!

Yup - Dear Wife is what I found too... Even at that - after almost 39 years of marriage, I would say that we are both devoted to each other too.. Does not make her less dear or not an independent thinker either - in my book that is.... I dunno...
Anyway - thanks for the info!

DishWasher would work too, except that we have a DW and I do most of the dishes since she does all the cooking. Except breakfast.

So, uh, 22 mpg eh? Frickin sweet! My 06 Cummins could get that but I'm nowhere near it with the dually. DW (darling wife. Not dishwasher.) won't let me go that slow on the highway.
