I had a blow out and had the old rim and tire out and happened to have the old front end out of the 99 Dodge 2500 8 lug and put the wheel of the trailer on the front end and it was a good fit. Anything wrong with putting the stock dodge rims on the 2000 Sea Breeze 30 ft 5er with the trailer tires. 245x75Rx16 LT's Yokahamas. Just a thought would help with a spare for both the trailer and temp spare for the dodge. ED

Most trailer rims are 0 offset. If the Dodge rims are 0 offset then it shouldn't be a problem.

I got a chance to try it out today while I changed out the tire, the tire and wheel from the dodge fit and would work for a temporary fix to get a better repair, the offset is not zero . so if that help others that is good.

Several truck wheels will fit a 5/6/8 lug trailer hub but its not recommended to use them . See Dexter axle web Q&A on zero offset wheel/hub issues.
The big reason a trailer wheel has a zero offset is a trailer hub mounting face is between the inner and outer bearings. Using a truck wheel that has the wrong offset will take the bearings out pretty quick depending on lube quality. IMO the truck wheel should get you down the road to the next tire shop and can get the tire fixed/replaced on the trailer wheel.
