Adjust the WDH?

I traded tow vehicles today and at a glance I can tell there's 2-3" difference in height on the receiver box between the two trucks. I figure I'll just hook up with my existing WDH gear first and see what I have. Problem is I'm not sure what I should be looking for. I pulled my first trailer as it was set up by the previous owner and when I traded trucks with it, the receiver boxes on both trucks were the same height. When I took delivery of the current trailer new from the dealer I brought all my WDH gear with me and let them do all the setup.

I have no option to adjust the hitch downward as the PO chopped off the lower part of the T bar, but I can still go up 1 notch or flip it over and go up 2. That's good because the new TV is lower than the old one. What what will really drive the decision to make the height adjustment beyond an obvious way out of level trailer stance?

You can leave everything as is or go one notch up. The objective is to have the trailer sitting slightly nose down or level, it's better for aerodynamics and stability
