Air hitch

Just traded in the old 5th wheel for a new Carriage Cameo and lost my Trailaire pin box which wouldn't transfer. I'm seriously considering an air hitch which would transfer from truck to truck as well as to future 5th wheels. Does anyone have experience with the Hensley Mfg. Tailer Saver BD3 Air Ride? It is removeable and everything I've reseached on line sounds really good but they are pricey and I don't want to make a mistake. Thanks.

DW just showed me a video off utube of what looks like a 5er with a pickup behind and a boat and trailer in the pickup.
