? Air Lift system

If you install an Air Lift suspension system will it eliminate the need for an anti-sway hitch?

No. Air springs will help solve a problem with the rear of your tow vehicle sagging. However, keep in moind they will not increase the GVW of your tow vehicle. Although air springs may make the rear of the tow vehicle more stable, they won't really solve handling problems or sway.

Like paz said bags will not increase your GVWR, but they will help reduce sway by keeping the truck more stable side to side.

Some trailers won't have a sway issue with a particular tow vehicle, some will.

Thing is, how do you know?

Air suspension is great, but as has been said, very likely won't solve sway problems if you have them.

I think you are confusing sway control with weight distribution. Weight distribution hitch is still good to use even with air bags.

Lifting the back of the TV does not remove the weight from the rear and transfer it to the front of the TV. Just lifting the rear will not stop the sway if you have it. If you have sway for no real reason like wind or avoiding an object that is the TT sways just going down a smooth streight highway. Then you have other issues like tires and weight distribution to look at.
