Anderson hitches

If. You own or have used or have any I put on these hitches please give me your feed back. I really want to try one, only only concern is my application is I'm pulling 8400 lb with 1/2 ton pickup, ( Nissan Titan ) so it's this awsome unit. Or it will be the Equlizer 4 point. I understand the Equlizer will have rave reviews and I'll agree with them, but the Anderson shure has some features that are hard to not consider. Those features for me are light weight, sleek appearance.
I've read reviews, good and bad. So please let me know if you have any experience with the Anderson.

I seriously considered the Anderson WD hitch when we bought our new trailer a few months ago. A few concerns arose as I read great volumes of comments from users.

1. Some people had problems transferring enough weight to the tow vehicle on heavier applications.

2. Due to the torque put on the frame brackets, they had a tendency to slip if you didn't put a spot weld on the frame to hold the bracket in place.

3. Several people reported the plastic tensioner bushings becoming damaged and needing replacement.

These were my concerns. I went with the Equal-i-zer hitch and just put up with the popping and moaning at low speeds.
