While your numbers look reasonable I still do not recommend towing that much with a 3/4 ton truck. BTDT and after changing to a dually I can honestly tell you there is a difference.

You don't say what year your TV is, but with that much weight I would go with the 1 ton any way. Also what is the actual hitch weight of the 5th wheel and what are the actual weights on the drive and steer axle when all is loaded and hitched up?????

Thanks for giving us the trucks front and rear axle weight numbers. A gross weight number is useless for figuring loads on the axles/tires. Your under the trucks rear axle/tire capacities but I'm curious about the front 4700 lb number. Not many DMAX have that kind of weight numbers and your 8.1 is quite a bit lighter.

Is that a good number ??

How far forward of the trucks rear axle is your pin placement ??
