I am fixing to buy one and was wondering if anyone had and issues with the Hijacker auto slider.

If you have any input on the hijacker auto slider, good or bad, please jump in.

copy of my post in another thread

now yall take a look at this and report back........

I was watching the video of the Hijacker autoslide and noticed how high in the bed the actual hitch plate looked. It has 3 height adjustments and looks to be on the lowest one, bc the top of the outermost plate that the large hitch assembly bolts to is a good bit above the main body of the hitch.

look at page 1 drawing 1 and youll see what i mean...

Now, when they go to show you how to hook up to the hitch take a good look at the kingpin itself. it is not straight up and down but more tilted back. Then look at how the pinbox is bolted to the camper itself.
looks to me that the hitch is to high and they tried to adjust the pinbox all they could.

now watch this vid off of youtoube. It may have been an early prob that has been fixed, who knows. turn on sound.
