You can look on 31dodge.com. They are a Ram dealer in kernersville NC. They claim to have the best price anywhere. They give all dealer hold back and all money. They work on volume by hitting a certain number and get bonus money from chrysler. They usually have about 1300+ new Ram trucks on the lot at any given time. I have bought many trucks from them and never a problem. They do have a little higher doc fee than others but still cheaper than any others around here.

Thanks for the input,

I am talking with dillon but disappointed as they are not getting back to me with prices on my build specification (even though I have phoned them twice from England and they have said they would get me a price within an hour - 3 days ago!,), so this does not fill me with confidence.
this is a shame as their prices look very good, but I will try the others

thanks

The folks at Dave Smith were responsive to me, and in hindsight I might have done better buying there vs the more local to me at the time dealer I used.

What are the specs you're looking for?

No personal experience with Dave Smith, however I do know a few folks in the greater Seattle area who've had good luck with pricing. This store is in a small town in Idaho (not far from Spokane, WA and a reasonable sized airport), and does a super high volume with Rams and GM products. Probably very worthwhile touching base with them.

Merry Christmas!

With the holiday there is likely no one working and might be some delay until at least Saturday if not Monday.

I have also bought from these two dealers and was treated very good though price was a bit more than Dave Smith or Dillon. York in Prescott Az and Elko Motor Co in Elko Nv. Since your shopping its worth the call.

I really wasn't impressed at all with Dave Smith motors. They wouldn't dig into the holdback pricing at all, they would only give the 1% under invoice plus incentives that we were already eligible for. Trade-in (sight unseen) was ridiculously low as well. Our local dealership took us ~$2000 under what DS could do.

This is good to know. One question, though: were you trying to buy a truck from the UK?

Idaho. I must be missing something with the UK comment...

I gave them a chance with two different purchases as many people mentioned the great deals they were able to get. Both situations were the same as I mentioned. I guess if someone isn't eligible for the partner pricing they would give you a pretty good deal.
