Does anyone have any experience with a product called Safe-T-Brake that supposedly absorbs shocks in the brake line, resulting in more even braking pressure and improved performance? Sounds like an ok idea, but wonder if it really provides the improvements claimed.

I can't find any discussion of it anywhere except their website which has a copy of an article from a Canadian RV magazine that reviewed it and gave it a thumbs-up.

Although I don't have any experience with the Safe-T-brake, I do have with Brake Guard which appears to be pretty similar. The brake guard salesman came to my lot (I sold trailers) and offered to put a set on my lot truck for free for 90 days. It took him about 45 minutes to get it installed and then we took a test drive (we drove the truck together before he installed also), The truck stopped straighter, the pedal was firmer, and the front/rear seemed more proportional. Pulling a trailer was even more noticeable. I paid for it after a week, but it was SPENDY! I was considering putting it on my personal truck but never could afford it. Good luck. John
