I noticed today that my tail lights were on even though the light switch was off. After checking all fuses we determined that the brake controller was at fault. When I went to disconnect the Brake Smart controller it was extremely hot. I called Break Smart and Steve called me back within 1/2 hour. I explained the problem and asked where I could send it to get fixed. Steves comment was "I WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER UNIT EARLY NEXT WEEK. WHEN IT ARRIVES SEND THE OLD UNIT BACK IN THE SAME BOX".
"NO CHARGE"
This is my third brake controller and I really like the way the Brake Smart Controller works.
From what I just experienced I believe this company is well worth dealing with.
