Buying tire for 3500 dually Diesel

I am shopping for new tires for my 2013 Silverado 3500 dually diesel
Michelin ltx a/t2 235 /80r17 120/r have been recommended .but am not sure if this is the best way. they are expensive can I get a tire that has just as good for a more reasonable price

You can run BF Goodrich Commercial T/A's, Or Cooper Discoverer H/T's. While it is debatable about being as good as the Michelin, they are a sound alternative at a lesser price.

I was at Discount Tire in Durango Co last week to plug a new tire that had 4200 miles on it. They showed me the Michelins for $212 then one of theirs made by Kumho (So. Korea) for $165.00 with a 60000 mile warranty (pro rate). There are options. I'm not one of the M fan boys by the way but won't bash them.

I've started researching some new shoes for my DRW as well.. I am interested in the Bridgestone Duravis and the Firestone Transforce tires as well.. Like the commercial tire classification... but maybe is just a marketing gimmick.
