Situation:

96 Dodge CTD, the extended cab is getting too small for all of us(**** kids keep growing should stop feeding them). Looking into a new Dodge CTD, but, they are 4 1/2 inches taller. Lose all my clearance on the fifth. I can't raise the trailer anymore and the truck can't be lowered enough.(I looked into the links given on the thread by JC2)

I have seen some out there so I know they exist - does anyone know anything about the aftermarket truckboxes that still have pickup function, but seem to be trimmed down a bit? Kind of like a flat deck with sides, but not a custom RV box with compartments.

I have tried many google searches with no luck. Will be talking with a welding company soon.

Thoughts, opinions?

B&W also have a full line of towing beds, from relatively simple ones all the way up to their Elite series.
